Now’s your chance to tell me your story. Let me know what’s got you stuck and what kind of support you are wanting from coaching.

There are a lot of clients and only 1 of me so…I reserve a few spots each month for new clients who are a great fit. My biggest priority is helping clients who are willing to dive in and really learn how to be their own best life coach.

You are a great fit for Resilience Coaching if you:

Already see some of the areas in your life that need to change.
Have recently come up against an event or life change that you didn’t expect.
Are able to laugh, even just a little about what needs to be different.
Are willing to do some work to live into your unstoppable life.
Know that you are worth having a successful and happier life.

You are not a great fit for Resilience Coaching if you:

Know you aren’t happy but don’t want to risk waking up yet.
Would rather think about a problem than tackle it with action.
Want someone else to solve it for you.
Love everything about where you are right now in your life.
Love yourself fully, authentically and unconditionally.

Awareness

Awareness is waking up to your story. Waking up to what is really driving you to do/say/act in certain ways. Waking up to what the situation is and to how you feel about it. Does it fit you? Do you feel powerful? Happy? Unstoppable? If not you are waking up to whatever it is you are feeling and recognising that now it isn’t working for you. You have begun to seek a change for yourself. You know that something more powerful is out there and you want more of whatever it is. Maybe you can already name it, maybe it’s just on the tip of your tongue, maybe you just know that what’s happening right this minute simply isn’t the best long term thing for you and you aren’t yet sure what direction to head in. All of these mean you have already taken the first step to create change for yourself. Awareness is step one.

Action

action

Action is movement. It’s forward progress and creation of new goals. Actions are the steps you take each day to live into your best life. Sometimes those are huge steps that leave you panting and grinning out of breath with effort- like getting to the top of the mountain after a long day hiking. Other times they may feel like small movements that feel incremental until you realize you’ve dismantled an entire wall. Suddenly you see that you are looking at a totally clear road ahead. Action is step two.

Growth

Growth is the ability to look backwards into the past and forwards into the future and make conscious choices about which actions will best suit your highest self. Growth allows you to create your future in ways that are sustainable, joyful and strong. Growth is all about integrating mind/body/spirit through actions which increase happiness, build strength and develop strong connections to your best self. Growth means stretching, moving out of your comfort zone in ways that build strength and honor who you are and who you are becoming. Growth can be painful at times and it’s a necessary part of the process. This is one case where “no pain = no gain” really is true. Growth is step three.

Grounding

Grounding is planting your feet more firmly before lifting off into action. Grounding reconnects us to our deepest strengths, to courage, desire, and true spirit. Grounding is home-base. It’s the pause before the starting gun fires, and we are off and running. Grounding is sinking your feet deep in the sand and feeling the earth fully support you at the edge of the ocean.
We need grounding in order to take thoughtful action, and we need time to re-ground/re-group after a big push. Grounding can look like a cold beer at the end of a difficult hike or like collapsing into a hammock at the end of a hard week. Grounding can be dancing around the yard or sharing a meal with family and friends. Grounding is what connects us to our bigger community, to the bigger picture. And grounding ultimately helps us feel confident in living into our highest and best self. Grounding is step four.
  • We invited Amy to coach for our men’s fitness and health program and were consistently impressed with the way in which Amy so adeptly helped men on their individual journeys. Many of our clients have gotten back to us to thank us for the experience of working with her and have emanated gratitude for the the experience.

  • The way in which Amy spoke with me during our initial session instilled within me a real sense of urgency to love and care for myself out of a sense of pride. Her coaching has helped me to live it; not just speak it.

  • Every time I talk with Amy, I come away feeling that she has seen a deeper quality in me, appreciating something that others don’t understand about me. I thank her again for that. Ultimately, Amy got me to a place where I felt like I had action items that made sense for me.

  • What Amy does feels organic and natural. She is a world class listener, who makes me feel what I have to say matters. I hope other people try Amy’s coaching and get as much out of it as I am, I leave feeling so positive and excited about each session and the changes I am creating in my life.

  • I love Amy’s energy as a coach and how she is able to roll with the punches, and convey acceptance while doing so.  She introduced me to some yoga-based techniques and I know that there is actually neuroscience to support techniques like that, to support cognitive flexibility and shift. they were not techniques I was familiar with from my own training so I learned something new there, too.

  • Amy connects… Amy connected with everyone in our group, motivating each one of us to look at one’s life with a new clarity and reflection. She provides great tools to be successful in creating significant changes in life.

  • A question Amy asked in a workshop really connected with me…”How do I see myself in 10 years?”  That made a difference because, if I don’t change and try to achieve my goals, I’ll be exactly the same in 10 years! Doesn’t make change any easier, but sure gave me the drive to put the changes into place.  Thanks Amy!

  • Amy is the kind of person who enriches the world around her. She’s not here to impress anyone with BS, she tells it like it is, real and raw. I’m a yoga instructor just getting started off on this part of my journey, and Amy has been a blessing in my life; such a giver. She helps me to see the big picture, and has the experience and perspective to give excellent advice without it feeling overbearing. I always look forward to our interactions as I know I will come away a better person.
